30-Day Returns

At Vella-Toronto, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not satisfied? No problem — you can return items within 30 days at your own cost. Please note that all returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • Return period: You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return items.

  • Item condition: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged in the original packaging.

 

 

How to Return an Item?

  1. Contact us: Send an email to our team via info@vella-toronto.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive return instructions: We will send you a return authorization and clear instructions via email, including the return address of our warehouse in Asia.

  3. Package the item: Securely package the item, preferably in the original packaging, including any accessories, labels, and documents.

  4. Ship the item: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Send us the tracking info: Once shipped, share the tracking details with us for faster processing.

 

 

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will check if it meets our return conditions.

  • Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will appear in your original payment method within approximately 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 

Exchanges?

Would you like a different size, color, or product? No problem! Contact us — we’re happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are also at the customer’s expense.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
