These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the website vella-toronto.com, to all services and products provided by vella-toronto (part of Shoptique), and to all contractual relationships between you and vella-toronto. By visiting the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Vella-toronto: The trade name of Shoptique, legally registered in the Netherlands.

vella-toronto is in no event liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, or damage to equipment arising from or related to the use of the website or its services.

Should vella-toronto nonetheless be held liable, such liability shall at all times be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service to which the liability relates.

 

 

4. License and Usage Restrictions

You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use our website in accordance with these terms. It is expressly forbidden to commercially exploit, reverse engineer, copy, duplicate or modify any part of the website or its content without written permission from vella-toronto.

 

 

5. Orders and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • The estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days after processing.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Vella-toronto is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or by external logistics providers.

 

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Vella-toronto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

 

7. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods include iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • All prices are in CAD ($) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Prices may be changed at any time. No rights can be derived from pricing information.

 


8. Import Responsibility and VAT

The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or other charges due upon entry of the goods into the destination country. These costs are not covered or handled by vella-toronto and must be paid directly to the competent authorities.

 


9. Delivery from Third Countries

Products are shipped directly from a third country (such as China). Vella-toronto acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier and does not carry out import procedures. All logistics are managed by the supplier in the third country.

 


10. Risk of Delays and Additional Costs

The customer acknowledges and accepts that delays or additional charges, including customs fees, may arise during international shipping or the import process. These risks and costs are entirely borne by the customer. vella-toronto is not liable for such delays or additional charges imposed by customs or other authorities.
