The wedge sole gives you a little height without the teetering that comes with a narrower heel, so you can walk with the kind of ease that actually lets you enjoy wherever you are going. It is bold enough to carry an outfit on its own, and steady enough that you forget you are wearing anything out of the ordinary.

WHY THE WAVERLY?

  • A heel you can actually walk in. The wedge sole distributes your weight evenly rather than concentrating it on a single point. You get the lift and the look without the wobble, which makes a longer day on your feet a great deal more manageable.

  • The buckle does real work. The oversized silver tone buckle is not just decorative. It holds the ankle section securely so the boot moves with you rather than against you. You can adjust it to suit the width of your ankle and it will stay exactly where you set it.

  • Open at the toe, secure at the ankle. The open front keeps things feeling light and summery while the ankle wrap gives you the kind of support you want when you are on your feet for a few hours. It is an unusual combination that turns out to work rather well.

  • Four colours, US sizes 5 to 11. Available in Purple, Black, Red and Tan. Each colourway is strong enough to anchor an outfit rather than simply go along with one. UK sizes 3 to 9 approximately.
